So, why coaching? Why didn’t I stick with the well paid, highly regarded and secure jobs in major international corporations?
I get bored. Very easily.
Predictable paths, calculable business models and tactical pulling of political strings in order to broaden one’s power (or that of my boss) didn’t prove to be what makes and keeps me feeling awake and my curiosity alive.
I was no longer able to find a sense in keeping on doing it. So I quit.

What makes people behave the way they do? And why does one person react very differently in a given situation than another? To understand the correlations and patterns in depth ignited my curiosity early on and is my passion still, keeping me studying it for over 20 years.
Not just in theory, but in real life.

What’s needed to make a person shine, to connect with their potential and with the core of their being? Finding just the the right way for each individual to get there is something I can’t get enough.

Over time, I started to realize, how very few people were allowed to truly feel their emotions in their full extend and how much they hunger for exactly that, being a major contributing factor for not being in touch with themselves, often leading to a sense of merely functioning like machines.

Supporting people to get in conscious contact with themselves and their environment again, leading them to discover their own unique inner truth, so they can illuminate the world around them – that’s what makes my heart sing.

  • Nine years of work experience in international corporations in the tourism and IT industries in the areas of corporate sales, customer service, consulting, project management, knowledge- + intercultural management with companies like United Airlines, Lufthansa, Hertz and Siemens in Germany and the US

  • Training and certification as life coach in the line of teaching of Kurt Tepperwein at Institut für Gesundheit & Ganzheit

  • Training and certification as happiness coach („Glückstrainerin®“) at Ella Kensington AG

  • 2006 foundation of my own life coaching business in Munich, Germany

  • Training and certification as start-up coach at KIZ Prowina GmbH

  • 2008 foundation of my own start-up coaching and consulting business
